Local staging notice: this website currently runs only on this computer. Test submissions remain in the local WordPress database and are not emailed or published online.
Information collected
The enquiry form asks for an adult contact name, email address, optional phone number, optional player age group, optional organisation, enquiry type, and message. Do not submit sensitive health information through the form.
How information is intended to be used
Information submitted through the form is intended only to understand and respond to an enquiry, plan appropriate communication, and maintain a record of that conversation.
Young players
The enquiry form is for adults. A parent, guardian, coach, or authorised program contact should make enquiries concerning a child. The site should not collect unnecessary identifying information about a young player.
Storage and access
In the local staging version, submissions are stored as private Enquiry records in WordPress. Access requires a WordPress administrator login. Temporary rate-limit records use a salted one-way value derived from the connection address rather than storing the raw address. A live implementation will need suitable hosting security, backups, access controls, retention rules, and an approved email-delivery setup.
Cookies
The public pages do not include advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may use essential cookies when an administrator signs in.
Human verification
The Contact and WordPress login pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated abuse. The browser requests the verification service from Cloudflare, and this website validates the resulting short-lived token on the server before accepting a form or login attempt. The local site uses Cloudflare’s official test mode. The final privacy policy must accurately describe the live Turnstile configuration and Cloudflare’s role before launch.
